St. Paul AME Worship Center

Saint Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church was organized in 1879 and its first parent structure was located at the intersection of Covington Highway and Evans Mills Road. In 1931, the church moved to the "Solid Rock" structure located at the intersection of Klondike Road and Arabia Street. Then on March 20, 1997, St. Paul closed on the purchase of the present edifice located at 1704 Stone Mountain-Lithonia Road in Lithonia, Georgia.

This new facility has allowed us to grow and enhance our rich history of Christian education and community service. As we approach a new millennium, we look forward to providing Christian service to the congregation and community under the  capable leadership of  the Rev. Dr. T. Nathaniel Hercules.
